Acrylic is a useful, clear plastic that resembles glass, but has properties that make it superior to glass in many ways.

It does not break like glass, and is far safer. There are two basic types of acrylic: extruded and cell cast.

Extruded or "continuous cast" acrylic is made by a less expensive process, is softer, can scratch easier and may contain impurities.

Cell cast acrylic is a higher quality acrylic and is a good choice for applications that require the best professional finish.

We have found by experience that it is best to use only Cast Acrylic, and so all our products are of a very high standard.

We also use a very high quality film for attaching the image to the Acrylic Picture, and use high quality photographic paper for the image production.

We can scan old photographs and transform them into bright new Acrylic Pictures.
